At RevoComfort™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must meet the following criteria:

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

- Due to hygiene standards, any sleeve that shows signs of wear, skin oils, or hair cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Return Process
1. Contact our customer support at support@revocomfort.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns must not be sent without contacting us first.

3. Ship the item(s) back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed immediately.

Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
- Please refer to our sizing chart before ordering. If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us at support@revocomfort.com so we can help you out.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@revocomfort.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will arrange for an immediate replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as gift cards and clearance items, may be non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
