Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. RevoComfort™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any reshipping fees resulting from an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RevoComfort is not responsible for packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your item, please contact the carrier directly or check with neighbors, as we cannot issue refunds or replacements for confirmed deliveries.
Reporting Window
Any discrepancies regarding delivery must be reported to support@revocomfort.com within 7 days of the 'Delivered' timestamp provided by the carrier. Claims made outside of this window may be denied by the carrier.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
